Lisa is an experienced dental hygienist with over 28 years of experience. Born in Sayville, New York, and raised in Lincolnton, North Carolina, Lisa's started her journey into dentistry at Mars Hill University before she transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Her expertise lies in periodontics, and she has a proven history of developing and expanding hygiene programs in various dental and periodontal offices.
Lisa's decision to join Pearl Dental Studio was driven by her admiration for Dr. Cash's commitment to excellence and her patient-first approach. She loves that Dr. Cash goes beyond the traditional role of a dentist, serving as a mentor and leader who actively educates her team and introduces the latest dental technology and techniques. This environment of continuous learning and growth motivates Lisa, as it helps her to refine her skills and provide the highest level of care.
For Lisa, the joy of her work comes from making a real difference in her patients' lives. She finds great satisfaction in helping people understand the importance of their oral health and guiding them toward a healthier lifestyle. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing a patient's confidence transform as their smile improves.
Outside of work, Lisa is a devoted wife to her husband, Doug, and a proud mother to their two sons, Lukas (17) and Owen (15). The family also includes two Boxers, Beau and Bella. In her free time, she enjoys being a soccer mom, spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book.
Brooke has been caring for smiles for nearly 15 years, bringing her experience from both private practices and volunteer organizations. She holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene, earned in her hometown of Asheville, NC. In 2018, she met a South Carolina boy who convinced her to move to the Upstate— and the rest is history!
For Brooke, dental hygiene is about more than cleaning teeth—it’s about helping people feel confident and cared for. She is committed to being a fierce advocate for her patients’ oral and systemic health, and takes particular joy in partnering with patients who may feel apprehensive in the chair. Brooke considers it a privilege to turn past fears into positive experiences! At Pearl Dental Studio, she values the culture of constant growth and learning and Dr. Cash’s commitment to personalized, top-notch care.
Outside the office, Brooke is a rollercoaster fanatic, avid reader, and baker of all the things. She’s also the loud and proud “cat mom” of the team. Most weekends, you’ll find her off on adventures with her husband, Josh, and their son, Finn— likely exploring a farmer’s market or pushing the limit on just how many library books you can check out at once.
Olivia is an enthusiastic Dental Assistant at Pearl Dental Studio, where her passion for helping others is evident in her daily work. With a Dental Assisting Certificate, Olivia thrives in the chairside role, working closely with Dr. Cash to ensure each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.
Her dedication to patient care and the supportive work environment make Olivia's role both rewarding and enjoyable. Originally from Michigan, Olivia now calls the Upstate home, where she spends weekends with her husband Sean and their son Liam, alongside their dog Miller. Olivia’s commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere is a key part of what makes our practice special.
Michelle is a skilled Dental Assistant at Pearl Dental Studio, bringing over 24 years of experience to the team. A natural caregiver, Michelle’s love for dentistry stems from her passion for creating beautiful smiles and helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Her extensive experience and expertise make her a valuable asset in delivering comprehensive care alongside Dr. Cash.
Michelle thrives in Pearl Dental Studio’s supportive environment, where the staff always puts patients first. She finds joy in seeing the positive transformation in her patients’ smiles and ensuring they have a happy, healthy experience.
Originally from Grand Junction, Colorado, Michelle made the move to South Carolina in March 2024 and is excited to call it her forever home. She loves the vibrant green scenery, exploring the mountains, and hitting the golf courses—though she’ll admit, the game is best enjoyed with a cold beverage in hand!
Kaytlin is one of the friendly faces patients first meet at Pearl Dental Studio, bringing both her dental assisting certification and her lifelong dream of working in dentistry to the team. She has always loved helping patients feel confident in their smiles, and she’s passionate about making every visit comfortable and positive.
What Kaytlin enjoys most about Pearl Dental Studio is the strong team dynamic and the relationships built with patients. She finds it inspiring to watch Dr. Cash complete comprehensive cases and feels grateful to be part of a practice where patient care always comes first.
For Kaytlin, the patients are her daily motivation. She loves hearing their stories, seeing them regularly, and sharing in their journeys—it’s what makes her role so rewarding.
Outside the office, Kaytlin stays busy with her three children and golden retriever, Sully. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and keeping active at the gym. A Greenville native, she loves serving the community she grew up in and is proud to call it home.
