We are now accepting appointments over the phone for our Veterans Day of donated dentistry which will take place on November 11th. We will be providing an exam, cleaning, and panoramic X-ray to local veterans in need. If you are a veteran or know a local veteran in need, please have them call our office at 864-214-1440 for details and to set up an appointment. All paperwork must be filled out prior to the event date.
In addition, our neighbors Five Forks Family Eyecare will also be participating by offering veterans eye exams at no charge, also by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for a complimentary eye exam you may call 864-288-7070. Again, all paperwork must be completed prior to the event date.
We kindly request that participating veterans apply for a dental OR vision appointment and not both, so we can serve as many of our local vets as possible on November, 11.
Lastly, all participating veterans will be required to wear a mask when arriving at appointment time, fill out a COVID screening questionnaire, and have their temperature taken prior to entering either office. Please bring proof of service via uploaded VA ID card or DD214 (proof of identification will be required for paperwork submission).
