Lisa was born in Sayville, Long Island, New York and grew up with her family in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Lisa completed her undergraduate pre-requisites at Mars Hill University in Mars Hill, North Carolina, but then transferred to University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, specializing in periodontics. Following hygiene school, she has over 25 years of practice experience in dental hygiene. Lisa has developed/grown new hygiene programs within general offices and periodontal offices and has now joined the fantastic team at Pearl Dental Studio. Lisa met her husband, Doug in Chapel Hill and they have two children, Lukas (12) and Owen (10) and two Boxers, Waylon (7) and Bella (4). In her free time, Lisa enjoys being a soccer mom, spending time with family and friends and reading.

Bishoy is a talented Dental Hygienist at Pearl Dental Studio, holding an Associate's in Applied Science and a Registered Dental Hygiene License, with an additional background in civil engineering. His passion for dental hygiene and patient smiles drives his commitment to making a difference every day.

Bishoy values the family-like atmosphere at Pearl Dental Studio and the opportunity to work with a supportive team. Originally from Egypt and having recently moved from New York, Bishoy enjoys spending quality time with his wife Nancy and their son Oliver. His dedication to his patients and his unique background bring a diverse perspective to our practice.

Sydney is a skilled Dental Hygienist at Pearl Dental Studio, holding an Associate's in Applied Science and a Registered Dental Hygiene License. Her goal is to help patients feel confident with their healthy, clean smiles, and she takes pride in the supportive, appreciative environment at our practice.

Motivated by her role in providing for her family, Sidney finds joy in contributing to the overall well-being of her patients. A Midwest native, Sydney has made South Carolina her home for the past three years with her husband Austin and their two children, Tripp and Tilly. Her commitment to excellence and family values enriches our team dynamic.

Olivia is an enthusiastic Dental Assistant at Pearl Dental Studio, where her passion for helping others is evident in her daily work. With a Dental Assisting Certificate, Olivia thrives in the chairside role, working closely with Dr. Cash to ensure each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.

Her dedication to patient care and the supportive work environment make Olivia's role both rewarding and enjoyable. Originally from Michigan, Olivia now calls the Upstate home, where she spends weekends with her husband Sean and their son Liam, alongside their dog Miller. Olivia’s commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere is a key part of what makes our practice special.

Kaytlin is a passionate Patient Coordinator at Pearl Dental Studio, driven by a lifelong aspiration to be in the dental field. With a Dental Assisting Certificate and currently working towards her insurance license, Kaytlin’s dedication to her profession is evident. Though her path to dentistry shifted due to life changes, she embraced the opportunity to complete her education while raising her three children.

Kaytlin is grateful for the support of Dr. Cash and the collaborative spirit of her team, which fuels her enthusiasm for providing exceptional dental care. Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Kaytlin cherishes her role in helping patients achieve their best smiles. She enjoys family time with her children, her golden retriever Sully, and her fish Rico, adding a touch of local charm to our practice.

Haley is a dedicated Patient Coordinator at Pearl Dental Studio, where her passion for dental care shines through every interaction. With an Associate's in Science and a Dental Assisting Certificate, Haley is currently working towards her CPA, reflecting her commitment to personal and professional growth. Her journey into the dental field was fueled by a genuine care for people’s smiles and a desire to work in a medical setting.

Haley finds great fulfillment in working at Pearl Dental Studio, appreciating the supportive environment fostered by Dr. Cash, which helps her achieve her personal goals. Her motivation stems from the meaningful relationships she’s built with patients over the years. Outside of work, Haley enjoys sunset cruises on her Harley with her husband and spending time with her Aussiedoodle, Winston. Growing up in Minnesota, she brings a warm, Midwestern charm to our team.

When you come into the office, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome by our mini goldendoodle, Stella (unless dogs aren’t your thing, of course!). Stella is here to offer comfort, pleasant distraction, and cuddles for any patient interested in making a furry friend during their appointment. Stella loves to offer emotional support for anyone who needs it, and her loyal, loving demeanor can put any patient at ease.

Meet Willow, our resident joy-bringer and expert in stress relief! This fluffy ball of love is always ready with tail wags and kisses to brighten your day. But fair warning: Willow has a bit of a quirky side—she sometimes gets the nervous toots when anxiety strikes. Don’t worry, though—it’s definitely not us!
